DFF services involve listing and/or displaying information from other company, 3rd party company or web site. Copyrights and trademarks information being displayed or listed by DFF belongs to their respective owners. Member (affiliates & merchants) account, password and security
Members will receive a password upon completing the sign-up process. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Members must and have agreed to immediately report any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Members must log-out or exit from your account at the end of each log-in session. DFF cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section or from any security breach towards your account.

Shared click-through programs
You have understood and agreed that the link used for click-through to merchant's web site will be replaced by DFF's affiliate ID instead of yours once out of every 4 click-through, unless the merchant happens to be a Sponsored Merchant where your click-through link will contain 100% all of your own affiliate ID.

Merchant and any 3rd party terms and conditions
You are solely responsible to maintain and make sure you are within compliant for using, displaying and/or listing any merchant and any 3rd party's data, materials and/or content. You must agree and follow all the rules, terms, regulation and policy of every single merchant and/or 3rd party you have chosen to become affiliated with. DFF can not and will not be held liable for any loss, damage, dispute, disagreement between you and our merchant and/or any 3rd party.

DFF along with our Merchant and any 3rd party reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate your account without any notice and/or reason including but not limited to misuse of our service, misuse of our code, code hack, code modification and inappropriate content on your site.

Service availability
DFF's service is provided free of charge and without any guarantee and/or warranty. You must assume all risks and liabities. DFF can not and will not be held liable for any loss and/or damages due to service interruption including but not limited to network outages, power outages, service outages and any other type of interruption that may happen.
